An information seminar will be run by Castlebar Chamber and the Mayo County Council on the new Waste Management (Food Waste) Regulations 2009. The seminar will also cover ways of minimising food waste in the catering sector. The Food Waste Regulations will affect all those that are involved in the preparation or supply of food on their premises. This includes Hotels, Guest Houses, B&B’s, Restaurants, Pubs, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Schools, Factories, Supermarkets and Shops.
You are invited to attend this seminar so that you will be fully aware of the Regulations which came in to effect on July 01st.
